Who are you guys?

HOW RELIABLE ARE YOUR PERISHABLE COMMODITY SUPPLIERS?

We are legit exporters for fruits, vegetables and spices.  Based in Malaysia, we export high quality products out of Vietnam, Thailand and South East Asia to a worldwide market, via our trusted suppliers.

We supply tropical fruits, such as mango, coconut, dragonfruit, durian, rambutan, sapodilla, guava, avocado, passion fruit and many others.

Our specialty also lies in the export of fine Vietnamese black pepper, as Vietnam supplies over 60% of the world's black pepper.  Also dried chilli, various spicestapioca starch are available.

In addition, we also work with our global suppliers for commodities such as ICUMSA 45 sugar, rice, wheat, flour, soybeans, corn and cooking oils.

We have excellent relationships with our farmers, processors, suppliers and traders, and guarantee our products are fresh, and for the most part, farm or supplier direct.

WHAT IS THE MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

We require a minimum of two 20 foot containers (TEU).  The total tonnage per container varies on the products that we export, e.g. one 20ft container of coconuts contains less metric tonnage than one container of guavas.  FOR COMMODITIES SUCH AS SUGAR, RICE, COOKING OIL AND WHEAT/SOYBEAN/CORN, MUCH BIGGER MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES APPLY.  DO CHECK WITH US ON THE CURRENT MOQ REQUIREMENTS.

HOW DO I PROCEED?

Our process is really quite simple. Just submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to get the ball moving, along with your company profile and KYC/CIS sheet. Our procedures are based on ICC (International Chamber of Commerce Guidelines), Incoterms & UCP 600 Trade Financing Terms.

WHAT TYPES OF INCOTERMS DO YOU OFFER? Depending on our suppliers, Incoterms can range anywhere from ExWorks to FOB or CIF/CFR, and everything in between such as DAP, CPT, DDP, FAS, DDPU and variations of such.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU OFFER? Depending on the suppliers, Payment Terms can range from TT (Cash) to Letter of Credits, Escrow or Bank Guarantees.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES? Depending on the commodity involved, samples will usually be provided. The buyer will just have to pay for the shipping and handling charges.
